Most of my life my ass has been flat, and though I still carry a lot of my weight in my boobs and waist (and hips which because they are high up makes it look like my waist), my overall shape looks MUCH better with my improved butt. I do body pump (a low weight high rep lifting exercise class), and use some strong curves moves in the gym but not doing his full routine.
